The support staff will spend 70% of their time supporting the products, instead of making sales. This will enhance sales to segments concerned with after sales support for their products. This enhancement in the sales of other sales people will grow, as the demand from the sales office, and number of overall sales people in the office increase.
What does this mean?
Early on, you won't need very many support staff to service your customers, but, as sales rise more, then a few support staff will probably be needed to be able to adequately provide after sales support.
