Registering your account is one of the first steps to participating in the Marketplace© family of simulations. However, you may encounter some roadblocks during this process. This guide should help you as you get started using Marketplace© simulations.
Prior to creating your account, you'll need a Game ID from your instructor. The Game ID is a 15-digit code that should appear as 12345-67890-11121. Once you have your Game ID, you can proceed to the sign-in page below:
https://game.ilsworld.com
Once you're here, click on the button that says 'create a new account'. Be sure to select the 'student' option. Instructor accounts are vetted by our support team and student requests to create an instructor's account will be declined.
After selecting the 'student' option, you'll be asked to fill out some information. Enter your name, e-mail address, and password and click the green 'create account' button. On the next page you'll be asked to enter your game ID, and then you'll be prompted to enter your license number. If your instructor didn't issue you a license number then you'll be prompted to purchase one in the 'license number' field.
Once you've entered (or purchased) your license number, you'll be asked to select your team. If you do not know your team assignment, check with your instructor. If you signed up for the wrong team, don't worry, just contact our support team and we'll be happy to help you get to the right team.
Once you have completed this process, you will no longer need to use your Game ID or license number to log in. Instead, use your e-mail address and password that you set up earlier. Be sure to remember your e-mail address and password combination. If you think you have forgotten your password, check here for instructions on how to reset it.
